Own your path

Your space to reflect and find answers

When you own your path you can enjoy it more, and not just aim for the result.

As a psychologist with 10 years of business experience, I am aware of the urge to pressure ourselves into a “hustle” culture – to always be productive, successful achievers at a high pace. The best gift you can give yourself is time and space to stop doing and to reflect.

Do you own your path or does the path own you and the price is too high?

N

“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness as the one that created it.”

Group Coaching

Group coaching is partnering with individual clients to define and reach their personal goals in a group setting.

Group coaching process:

N

Has cyclic nature

N

The ideal number is 6 to 8 participants per group

N

The coaching process starts with the contracting part – each participant together with coach defines their individual goal for the process

N

The second cycle is the experimentation phase – the coach designs or experiments with each participant so they can test new insights and behavior. Experiments can be done in the session via role plays and simulations or coachee experiment in their real life context between coaching sessions

N

The last cycle is reserved for self-reflection, learnings and future steps that can be applied

Group coaching saves time and money and more importantly, it creates better cohesion and more learning within the company. Two usual cases to use group coaching:

N

As an intervention that follows up on the specific skill-based training program. After specific training content participants together with group coach design their personal coaching goal to help them implement this new knowledge in their everyday work context.

N

Leaders/managers, who work in different teams/units and share similar challenges, are invited to work on their individual goals in a group setting. Group setting build cohesion, additional support, more knowledge sharing, more diversity, and creativity in approaching problem situation.

Team Coaching

Team coaching intervention is important because it enables us to build high-value teams – teams that bring more than the sum of its parts.

In the modern VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world paradigm one HERO leader can’t cope with all the uncertainty and changes that are happening. With team coaching, we are addressing the whole team as one entity. From this position we are defining the team’s purpose, team’s vision of success, and how to get there. We are creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding and shared responsibility.
Stepping from a systemic perspective my goal is to help teams to overcome their blockers and to make them fit for the future having in mind all of their important stakeholders.

Team coaching process includes:

N

Scoping meeting with all important stakeholders included

N

Short individual interviews with each team member (before the process starts)

N

Definition of the goal for the whole coaching process

N

Several team coaching session to address defined goal

N

Final meeting to share learnings, reflections and to define where to go from there

Leadership and soft skill trainings tailored for your company

During my over-decade-long career journey, designing and leading training was always part of my job. During this time I have conducted hundreds of trainings/workshops and spent thousands of training hours doing so.

I have been included both in the creation as well in delivery of various training programs and leadership academies while working as an internal L&D specialist. Working as an external consultant I had the chance to hold both online and f2f trainings. I have been working with diverse companies from market, business and level of development perspective.

Principles when working with me on specific leadership/soft skill training:

N

I will implement coaching mindset which means that I will partner with HR/stakeholder in creation process

N

The first step is to understand the initial request, purpose, and desired value that this program aims to bring both for participants and the organisation

N

Content creation is based on my business experience, psychological and psychotherapeutic background

N

Programs are designed to have small chunks of theory and enough space for group exercises, simulations, and learning by doing approach

N

For each training program, I offer to create evaluations and report, based on key learnings and potential areas for further development

“During our coaching sessions, Dunja provided invaluable guidance, helping me gain a realistic perspective and avoid overwhelming myself with excessive obligations and expectations. She helped me to recognize what truly matters to me and the importance of setting boundaries by learning to say “no” to things that don’t align with my values. And throughout the entire process, Dunja exuded warmth and humor, making me feel supported like a trusted friend. I’m truly grateful for her insightful coaching.”
